You start by building your Trainer Profile โ€” your training style, preferred progression method, effort scale, and coaching philosophy. Then you create client profiles with their goals, injury history, experience level, and available equipment. The AI uses all of that context to generate a complete, personalized session โ€” warm-up, main work, finisher, and coaching notes for every exercise. Every session reflects your professional methodology, not generic programming.
You can regenerate a session or edit it before delivering it to your client. You can also skip a training direction for the day if it doesn't fit the circumstances. The AI builds better context over time as your client's session history grows.
If you subscribed through the website, sign in to manage your subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. For Google Play, go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Client data is stored securely on private servers and is never sold or shared with third parties. Session content is processed through OpenAI's API in order to generate workouts. No client data is used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
